What's one thing you have learned about building a strong organizational culture? ✏️This will be observing everyday employee behaviors and practices within the Organization. This includes, how they communicate, make decisions, collaborate, resolve internal conflicts, and the values, in guiding their actions.By paying attention to these day-to-day interactions with the underlying beliefs, one can gain a deep understanding of the Organizational culture, and what it values most.
