Located in a beach area, Diamond Hill Resort Hotel offers a spa and outdoor pools. Guests can enjoy buffet breakfast and access to an outdoor swimming pool during their stay.

Staff were very welcoming and assisting during our stay at the hotel. The rooms were very tidy and clean. Food for breakfast, lunch and dinner was phenomenal. Not much criticism as it was a perfect holiday stay. 5 stars...

Good enough for the price, I stayed 3 nights all-inclusive. Food was great. Roof has a panoramic amazing view (but they open it only after 21:00) Elevators is barley functioning hard to understand how they work. Room is comfortable but shower is bad and old barley functioning.Location is perfect near to the beach.Staff is kinda friendly even they asked me once to change my table in the restaurant because they claimed it was reversed already.

Wij hebben een fijne vakantie gehad.(Translated by Google)Ended up in this hotel via Corendon bingo. The hotel looks neat upon entering. It is very warm inside and it is clear that a lot of air conditioners are not doing their job.Elevators are a disaster and very hot!The dining room is very noisy and there is not always room for us at a table. Staff will come and help you immediately! They are also quick to clear the table and work very hard. The hotel is located between construction sites and construction is currently underway on all sides. The hotel cannot do anything about this and we had little trouble with it.The hotel is also located on the highway between Alanya and Antalya, so there is some noise.Rooms are spacious and clean at first glance. Unfortunately, if you take a closer look, there is a lot of overdue maintenance. Taps stiff and rusty, mold and limescale in the bathroom. Balcony door cannot be locked, hairdryer broken (fixed immediately).Rooms are very noisy and you can hear the neighbors and everything that happens outside.Beds are very hard and not pleasant.Minibar is free which was a real plus and the cleaning was also good until the last day. They didn't do anything with us on the last day, they forgot.Food is mediocre and this is mainly because it is not warm. As a result, it is simply not tasty, even though it is very extensive by Turkish standards. Had a number of theme evenings for dinner, which was nice for a change, otherwise it was much of the same. Unfortunately, no yogurt available in the morning. They do bake fresh eggs for you and there is plenty of bread and toppings.Snack corner at the pool is great for afternoon food (fries, burgers etc)And ice cream and an afternoon snack every afternoon. We liked the location of the hotel, close to shops and restaurants and within 10 minutes by taxi to Alanya. (use the taxi poles around the hotel, press the button and you will have a taxi within 5 minutes)Swimming pool is fine, we found it a bit boring. Little animation and the swimming pool is not very challenging. As the day goes by, the water also becomes dirty, especially when it is busier. Pumps clearly can't handle it.The sea can be reached via a bridge from the hotel, then through a bit of a shopping street and a tunnel before arriving at the beach that belongs to the hotel. Beach was clean and provided with plenty of sunbeds. There is a nice beach bar that is part of the hotel for a drink. The Haman in the hotel is good! I would definitely recommend it!All in all, not a bad hotel and not very good either. Think you get your money's worth. If you want real luxury, don't book bingo and sit in Lara. Don't forget that you will also spend 3 times what you spent for this hotel. We had a nice holiday.

Great hotel, stunning views, lovely food and lovely staff... staff members at the reception osgur - such a lovely polite and helpful staff.. I lost my charger and he borrowed me his one.. very helpful.. and nadem is another lovely charming helpful person.. always greeting with a smile and ensures we are well and happy.. and the cleaners and waitresses were all very lovely..My only disappointment was the staff on the lower level working in the spa area on the -2 floor.. I found them to be very rude especially when we didn't book spa with them.. they were just applying unnecessary pressure on us to book with them.. we do have the freedom and choice to choose where we go to do things! But they lack that understanding!

This the Best Hotel I've ever been. Ultra all inclusive .The rooms are clean. Every day change the towel and clean the rooms. The Bed is clear and the matres quality is good. The freezer always full of Water and drinks. The foods are mainly Turkish but national foods is wide range of course. There was different national dinner Time: Italy, Turkish with special foods. You never will be hungry at this place. Near to the Sea 5 minutes or less. Hotel staff are very helpful and alvays smile and kind. Massage rooms are so nice don't left it out. Pool clean with enough sunbed. Summery the Best place for wellness, or active rest and relaxing, and jets sky, water Sports too. Many program I loved it!

I had stayed here with a friend, the hotel isnt the way it is in the photos, nice and clean hotel, nice rooms, food was amazing, restaurant and recwption staff were fantastic. Unfortunately the spa and salon staff were very rude and aggressive, Mustafa the sales guy for the spa came across very aggressive when I told him I had booked somewhere else he even went as far as applauding me just to be sarcastic which I found shocking, Hasen the gentlemen at the salon started to argue with me saying why I had gone somewhere else insead of using the hotel services. This made me very uncomfortable. This is what let the hotel down.

We stayed here in September 2022 and even thought the hotel itself is beautiful and the staff is friendly, it didn’t feel like a 5 stars hotel. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. They were spacious and comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay. The hotel also has a pool, spa, fitness center and a pretty nice beach bar.On the other hand, the food options were not very varied, and although the quality of the food was good, there wasn't enough variety to keep things interesting for multiple days. Similarly, the co*cktail options were limited and not very varied, which may not be ideal for those looking for a more extensive drink selection. Also the spa lady was overly insistent in trying to sell her services to us. It would have been nice to have the option to simply relax and enjoy the spa without feeling pressured to spend more money on treatments. However, I found the experience to be quite enjoyable.

Via Corendon bingo geboekt. If we had booked the hotel ourselves, it would have been cheaper instead of with bingo itself. We arrived around 12:45 am and hotel was really dead. We were able to quickly grab a bite to eat (leftover food from the evening) which was very stale. Most crockery is dirty, little variation in food. In most places it is very warm, such as in a restaurant, and when you come out of your room it is also very stuffy. Some places have no or defective air conditioning.Balcony door lock of room was broken. It couldn't be locked, technical service was supposed to look at it the next day but it never happened. Air conditioning makes a lot of noise and in my opinion it has not/never been maintained. My son was allowed to sleep on a fold-out couch.Sea is full of stones. The hotel has seen its best days. It was selected by Corendon, otherwise I would never have booked it myself and I am also very dissatisfied. I had contact with Corendon about this. They keep you on a leash and don't do anything with it. It is also the last time we will book something at Corendon.

Sonst ein schönes Hotel mit netten Mitarbeitern !(Translated by Google)We were there for 7 days, a nice hotel in itself! However, we were very disappointed with the food, I thought you were getting really great Turkish food with a lot of variety, but unfortunately I think it had little to do with that. The dessert was really good though! Unfortunately, some of the food was very lightly seasoned and there was almost always the same thing, but the taste is debatable. There is a huge selection at the buffet, which is great too! The waiters were always so attentive and very nice. There is also a bar by the pool with additional lunch (less choice), we found it better there than in the restaurant with the huge selection. The rooms could be cleaned a little better, especially the cosmetic table and the sink in the bathroom were not even cleaned, and the bed linen was not changed (the bed was only made properly)We couldn't understand why many people complain about the elevators! There are 4 or 5 elevators and we were always able to take a ride! Of course, these are full at peak times and you may not be able to ride, but we found that to be normal! Overall we liked it, but the cleanliness of the rooms could be better! Otherwise a nice hotel with nice staff!

Locatie is prima. This hotel is not worth 5 stars. And very few elevators, you have to wait at least 15 minutes if you want to go to the restaurant.

We are 3 friends and booked a 3-bed room together at the Diamond Hill Resort Hotel for 1 week in May 2023. There is a super nice massage oasis with a nice massage team and the hammam and the massages were great. The beach is about 5 minutes away and is good, but we found it better at the large hotel pool. Since we barely spoke English, the German-speaking guest representative was a great help and he was always polite and very nice. The reception staff, cooks, waiters and other hotel staff were very nice and friendly.

I was here with my wife for one week in August 2022. The staff are very nice and work very hard and efficient.Especially in the kitchen and restaurant. Also the Lobby personnel and bartenders are very friendly and helpful. The best experience was the food in the restaurant which was very diverse and really good. The rooms were clean but with carpets . Those are difficult to keep clean. The lifts are a bottleneck in peak hours, because some guests press both buttons regardless of direction. The stairs are a good alternative when going down. Especially to burn some calories you take from the good food. The animation staff also did a good job activating both children and adults.I highly recommend this place mostly because of the hardworking and friendly staff.

So... Overall bad experience, not recommend. Details below. We were a couple on 8 days vacation.ROOM SERVICE AND RECEPTIONIf you dont give the tip, they will not sweat or even do their job for you. We got to the point, when even our soap was not refil, when empty. No new cotton buds.Reception fixed our problems.SPAI went for a massage with face mask to the hotel SPA. The bali massage was very nice, the lady was indeed very skilled, however... I really disliked, that the lady pulled me out of the sauna, didnt let me go through even quick shower, applied the mask and made me wash my face by myself. This isn't a big thing, but I never before had to wash my own face during spa treatment. The chill room was also in the corridor, and during my short chill time there was like 20 people passing by, talking, so my chill time wasnt very chilling. The massage later was nice, but unfortunately there was a huge noise. I dont know if it was some kind of fridge, aur conditioning or what, but the noise was tiring. Plus at the end some german ladies made their version of "Gossip Girl" outside of my massage room.FITNESS ROOMIs a joke. There are only weights between 2,5 - 15 kg, 6 sets totals. some standard gym stations, only one very used matt. The floors are not washed, disinfectant is not refill. The problem is, that most of the day you get sun directly in your face on half of the gym stations. So either you train with sunglasses or eyes closed.BEACHI guess the best thing at the entire resort. Beach is clean. Very nice staff at the beach bar and decent quality umbrellas and sunbeds. Sea is amazing, warm and clean. Sad part is the hotel beach is very near the streets, making lots of noises while you try to relax on the beach.FOODThis is the worst part. I will attach some pictures.Drinks:There is only turkish tea which is constatly overcooked. No earl grey, no green tea, no assam. Few herbal teas. Espresso is just smaller black coffee. Efes beer is good, but they first want to give you wine, which is very bad (although I am not wine expert, so maybe others feel different).Lunches:Some days there was basically only strange pasta salads and stuffed paprika or weird meat, which looks like taken out of the can and poured with some sauce. Usually there is no doner. Chicken and/or entrecote are usually overcooked. The buns are always dry and hard (although I think they bake them at the place, which should be great, but somehow they are very quickly hard as stones). The bread is okayish. There is lots of pastry with no taste, no spice.Breakfast:There is no plain yoghurt, no vegan milk, no oats, no nutella (but there is a decent chocolate spread) there are only cereals for breakfast, which taste like air stuffed cotton. To be fair - there are tasty fruits, but they are not always washed well (nectarines, others seem fine). There is an egg station for breakfast, but not the entire breakfast time. Despite that and the fact that the guys have really strange way of making scrambled eggs (they are basically making omlette-like-thing each time), and no onions, this is the highlight of a breakfast, but well, only if you can bear standing in 8-10 people line...The 3minute egg is always a mystery, will you get runny egg yolk or a hard egg? You never know. The pancakes are tasty, but they are not always served.Dinner:Basically most various meatish stuff was called kofta. There were one time very tasty and juicy turkey skewers, but next days all of the skewers were overcooked. There is plenty baked vegetables. Every day you get stuffed paprika. Sometimes they serve tasty fish paste or cottage cheese, but not every day.Food is often not refill, just empty plates laying around, despite 2 people standing doing nothing at the fresh juice station. The worst part is the freshness of the vegetables. Some days they were great, some were... well...The most of the food is not labeled, so often you dont know, if you took goat cheese or cottage cheese. I feel sorry for all the people with food allergies.

The hotel looks very nice from the outside and inside. The rooms are large and well equipped. However, these are not cleaned properly. When we arrived the room floor was full of hair. A fly drowned on my sink. On day 4 of my vacation, it's still there. (See picture) The cleaner is super friendly, but doesn't clean the rooms properly. I suspect that the cleaner can't keep up since she cleans the floor alone. The ventilation and air conditioning in the room are very loud and disturb you while sleeping. (Ventilation: ~35db; climate ~43db even measured using Apple watch). Of course these values are not exact, but they are an indication that it is clearly too loud to sleep. We also reported this to reception and they were very friendly and said they would take care of whether there was a defect. After that we never heard anything about it again. The way to the beach is a little longer than just an underpass. First you have to take stairs or the elevator from the hotel to get to the street. Then you have to walk a short distance to the underpass and after crossing the underpass you are on the beach. The whole thing doesn't really take long (4/5 minutes) but it's still too far for me personally. (See pictures) In the description of the hotel the whole thing was formulated much more simply and conveniently. The food is quite delicious. There is a lot to choose from and it's not always the same. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Especially at the beach bar, the staff takes great care of you. However, the loungers on the beach are no longer the newest and some have fallen into disrepair. Overall I think the hotel is okay. The area around the hotel is not particularly nice, there are a lot of construction sites. Even if the hotel can't really help with this, I find it very annoying.

The beach chairs are too close to the water. The hotel employee is not allowed to lie on the sand to the residents of Alanya. This is contrary to the law on the freedom of the beach area. The lifeguard on the water, instead of sitting on the tower, sits in a cafe, pours alcoholic drinks to guests, communicates with women and drinks himself. It is unacceptable.

I regret to say that my week-long stay at this hotel was nothing short of an extreme disappointment. For a place that claimed to provide luxury and comfort, the reality was a stark contrast. The many issues and inconveniences completely overshadowed the few positives, and I feel compelled to share my experiences for the benefit of future potential guests.Starting with the lifts, their functionality was a continual problem throughout our stay. They were frequently out of order and, even when operational, hopelessly overcrowded. This resulted in a ridiculous amount of time wasted just waiting for an opportunity to reach our floor - patience is indeed required in abundance here. The food situation was no less disheartening. We opted for the all-inclusive option, but found the meals monotonous and the variety in the co*cktail list laughably limited. The quality left a lot to be desired, with overcooked, tasteless meat and a shocking encounter with insect-ridden salad. Even the minibar in our room, part of our ultra all-inclusive deal, was poorly stocked - devoid of any snacks and barely furnished with a few bottles of water and soda.To make matters worse, the customer service was nothing short of atrocious. We were met with disrespect and rudeness at reception and faced non-existent service in the restaurant. I was particularly taken aback by the spa personnel's aggressive sales tactics. Despite their incessant insistence, we reluctantly pre-booked and paid for three massage sessions. However, when we wished to cancel the final session following a disappointing experience, we were initially told this was not possible. It was only after an unnecessary and heated debate that we were finally permitted to cancel. The in-hotel shop's pricing policy seemed as dubious as their elevator system, with prices calculated seemingly arbitrarily and varying on a day-to-day basis. Such inconsistencies and lack of transparency left us feeling exploited and resentful. Our room, while comfortable and offering a lovely sea view, was let down by an outdated and poorly functioning shower and air condition. Moreover, the promised amenities were missing, with no water boiler or steamer and the minibar water not being replaced as per their own policies. On a positive note, the hotel's location was ok, just a five-minute walk from the beach. However, this lone merit is dwarfed by the overwhelming number of negatives. We were hoping for a relaxing, indulgent stay, but instead found ourselves contending with poor facilities, subpar food, and a severe lack of professional service.I would strongly advise potential guests to think twice before choosing to stay here. I rate this hotel 1 star, as I was utterly unimpressed and let down by the numerous discrepancies between their advertisem*nts and the reality of our stay. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback on board and works towards improving the glaring issues. Until then, I would not recommend this hotel.

Only the rooms were superficially cleaned. The staff was very nice and polite. The hotel was very central.I had booked a room with a side view. It was just me standing in a room with a construction site with 3 large high-rise buildings. That was very disappointing. I could have changed rooms the next day, but I didn't feel like packing my bags again.

Hotel with potential but food was very very bad. We were a group of 9 people, 5 of us had food poisoning, food is diversified but average to say the most. Be very careful when eating.Other mentions would be the elevators are only 3 and at rush hours they just get overwhelmed. To say good things also:Room and room service are good, cleaning is done everyday. Overall, the rooms are clean besides the carpet which is stained.Pool atmosphere is nice, the beach is 5 minutes away from the hotel.Drinks are local and they are decent. To sum up, would not come back, i can understand some faults with the elevator or something else minor like that but you as a 5 star hotel, cannot provide food like this to your customers.
