Here are the key takeaways that stood out to me:**Traits of a Leader:** 1. **Being Teachable:** A great leader is always willing to learn. Embracing a mindset of continuous learning and being open to new ideas keeps us adaptable and innovative.2. **Being Objective:** Maintaining objectivity allows leaders to make fair and unbiased decisions, fostering trust and respect within their teams.3. **Being Realistic:** Realism is crucial for setting achievable goals and navigating challenges pragmatically.
